Cleveland-Cliffs issues coil increases
Cleveland-Cliffs is raising its prices by $100/short ton increase for spot hot rolled coil, cold rolled coil, and coated steel products, Kallanish reports.
The adjustment is effective immediately on all new orders. The mill raised the base price of hot rolled coil to $1,200/st, up from $1,100/st issued on 27 February. This marks the sixth increase by Cleveland-Cliffs since the beginning of the year.
