CMC proposes $300m public offering
US longs producer and scrap recycler Commercial Metals Company (CMC) has proposed a $300 million public offering of senior notes.
According to a recent statement obtained by Kallanish, CMC intends to utilise the proceeds of the notes offering for general corporate purposes.
