CMC raises notes offering to $600m
US longs producer and scrap recycler Commercial Metals Company (CMC) has increased its public offering of senior notes to $600 million, Kallanish learns.
CMC originally proposed an initial public offering of senior notes for $300m. According to the latest update, the company has agreed to split its initial offering, selling $300m in senior notes due 2030 and an additional $300m in senior notes due 2032.
