Cognor reduces first-quarter shipments, begins rolling mill construction
Cognor has contracted Strabag to build the site for its prospective Siemianowice Slaskie-based merchant bar mill. The PLN 300 million ($71.4m) contract stipulates a construction schedule of 29 May 2023 to 20 December 2024, Kallanish notes.
