Coking coal continues to soar on supply disruption
Australian fob coking coal prices continued to climb during the week ended 17 February due to supply concerns amid wet weather and mining disruptions.
Kallanish assessed premium hard coking coal at $406.55/tonne fob Australia, soaring $36.09/t from $370.46/t the previous week.
On the Singapore Exchange, Premium Coking Coal Futures for March settled at $389.5/t on Friday, rising $30.17/t from $369.33/t the previous week.
