UK Court greenlights BHP case, miner mulls appeal
The UK Court of Appeal has thrown out a BHP appeal seeking to block a £5 billion ($6 billion) lawsuit over the Samarco dam disaster, Kallanish notes from court documents.
On Friday, the Court overturned previous judgments and ruled that the lawsuit brought by a group of Brazilian representatives could proceed in England.
