Czech miner OKD confirms production extension, eyes 2025
Czech miner OKD will extend operations until at least end-2023 and is mulling applying for a permit to lengthen this further, to 2025. This comes as various EU countries consider delaying their coal-based energy phaseouts amid the energy crunch caused by reduced supplies from Russia.
