Elevated plate prices hold steady in US
Plate prices in the US market are holding firm with no signs of heading downward as end-user demand remains strong.
Kallanish's A36 US plate price assessment is flat this week at $1,880-1,910/short ton, ex-works mill. This is an all-time high for US plate prices and an increase of 70% from year-ago levels.
