Export duty annulment benefits industry, coal concerns: Narendran
The recent withdrawal of export duties will help Indian mills to increase their steel exports, Tata Steel managing director TV Narendran told local media.
“We welcome the move by the government to remove the export duties on steel,” Narendran said. “This will help to increase the exports as well. We should be producing steel not just for India but for the world. India has a great opportunity to export steel.”
