Ferrexpo to appeal seizure of Poltava plant accounts
Swiss-headquartered iron ore mining and pellet producer Ferrexpo with assets in Ukraine announced that Ukraine’s District Court of Kyiv has seized the bank accounts of its Poltava Mining and Processing Plant subsidiary, the company tells Kallanish.
All expenditure operations of Poltava GZK, except for the payment of taxes, duties and other tax payments, have been stopped, the enterprise claims.
