Court favours Ferrexpo in long-standing shareholding dispute
The Supreme Court of Ukraine annulled on 19 April the decision of the Northern Commercial Court of Appeal to invalidate the 2002 purchase by Ferrexpo affiliates of 40.19% of shares in its subsidiary Poltava Mining and Processing Plant (PGZK), Kallanish notes.
