French scrap prices mostly remain stable

French and Luxembourg domestic scrap prices are remaining mostly stable in October in a month-on-month comparison, with a €10/tonne ($9.8) increase reported for old scrap. Uncertainty and high costs continue to loom over this month’s production plans.
