Gerdau's Q2 earnings suffer from diminishing sales spreads
Second-quarter steel shipments for the Brazilian steelmaker Gerdau remained approximately in line with the previous quarter's levels. However, the company's net sales were down nearly 21% year-on-year resulting from a diminishing sales spread.
