HBIS Hangang begins work on relocation
According to the latest project profile from the Handan government, the authorities have encouraged Handan Iron and Steel (Hangang), a Hebei Iron and Steel (HBIS) subsidiary to accelerate the pace of its relocation project, Kallanish notes.
