Hoa Phat pools funds for Dung Quat project
Vietnam's Hoa Phat Group held its annual general meeting in Hanoi last week and approved the annual business plan for this year. The company will not pay dividends in 2022 to reserve funds for the second phase of its Dung Quat project, Kallanish notes.
