India expects Russian investment under specialty steel PLI-scheme
Government-backed Steel Research & Technology Mission of India (SRTMI) expects Russian steelmakers to invest in India under the production-linked investment (PLI) scheme for specialty steel. It says a few Russian steelmakers are interested in setting up businesses in India.
