The arrival of bulk scrap shipments has panicked Indian containerised scrap buyers, who fear the influx of bulk cargoes will flood the market and thus force sellers to drop containerised offers as well.
Three to four bulk vessels are expected to land in India during the last week of September, which will raise the availability of scrap by approximately 100,000-120,000 tonnes.
