Iron ore plummets on NDRC crackdown

Seaborne iron ore prices fell on Monday due to a policy crackdown, as China tried various ways to suppress the rise in values. The Kallanish KORE 62% Fe index fell $2.95/t on Monday to $121.59/dry metric tonne cfr Qingdao.
