Italian car output ticks up amid European decline
Italian passenger car output ticked up year-on-year in April following a first-quarter decline, Kallanish notes from local carmakers' association Associazione Nazionale Filiera Industria Automobilistica (Anfia) preliminary data.
Passenger car production stood at 44,775 units in April, an increase of 2% compared to April 2021. However, output fell by 7.1% over the first four months of the year to 160,746 units, Anfia says. This confirms the downward trend …
