Italian HRC values decline

Italian hot rolled coil prices continue to fall significantly due to the persistently sluggish market. Values are dropping by some €50/tonne ($52) week-on-week, dragged down by cheaper imports, with service centres reporting a prolonged destocking period that will last into the new year, Kallanish notes.
