Italian mills try to reduce scrap prices
Italian mills are beginning to communicate scrap price reductions for new contracts in the range of €10-15/tonne ($10.4-15.7). Demand over the past few days has gone quiet after a very dynamic first half of November when prices increased by €10-20/t compared to October.
