Italian pig iron prices decline

Italian pig iron prices are falling in new contracts by $100/tonne on average compared to April levels. After the initial wait-and-see attitude when buyers received low Russian-origin pig iron offers at $650-670/t cfr Italy, contracts are now being implemented in this price range for small lots.
