Italian rebar prices seen turning down again
Italian rebar prices are flattening this week in an uneventful market. Since rebar makers asked for a €50/tonne ($53) increase last week, sales activity has reduced, market sources tell Kallanish.
This week, paid values are hovering at €470-480/t base ex-works. The increase attempt has seen the disappearance of last week’s low point of the range at €460/t base ex-works. Including size extras, domestic prices remain at €730-740/t ex-works,…
