Italian stainless flats demand weakens
The Italian stainless hot and cold rolled coil markets, as well as derivative products, are particularly slow this month.
Over the past 20 days, demand has been sluggish with prices seen falling. Both mills, service centres and re-rollers foresee a negative April, a seasonally short month because of the Easter holiday that is forecast to be plagued by low consumption, Kallanish hears.
