Japanese HRC hit with US duties

The US Department of Commerce found 22 Japanese manufacturers responsible for dumping hot-rolled steel flat goods into the US, Kallanish reports. During the period of review 1 October, 2019, through 30 September, 2020, several producers were assessed.
