Kardemir raises domestic longs, billet prices
Kardemir has increased prices of rebar, wire rod and billet for the domestic market in its new price list published on 10 August, Kallanish notes.
Compared to the firm’s previous price list issued on 2 August, rebar has been increased by TRY 900/tonne ($50) to TRY 11,855/t ($660) for 12-32mm diameter and TRY 11,945/t for 36-40mm dia.
5.5-56mm dia wire rod prices have been increased by $45/t to $665-730/t.
