Kazakhstan’s April steel output rebounds slightly, down on-year

Kazakhstan’s steelmakers increased crude steel production in April, according to data from the national economy ministry’s statistical committee. Output amounted to 358,944 tonnes, up by 0.7% on-year, Kallanish notes. It also increased on March, when output reached 337,374t.
