LatAm June steel shipments to US rise sequentially
Latin American steel exports to the US increased month-on-month in June. Shipments, however, remained lower year-on-year. Year-to-date exports were also weak, mainly as a result of reduced supply from Brazil, Kallanish notes. Latin America in this context includes South and Central American countries together with Mexico.
