Latin American June finished steel output decreases
Latin America finished steel production fell slightly month-on-month and was also down on-year in June, Kallanish learns from regional steel producers' association Alacero.
Finished steel output reached 4.66 million tonnes in the period, just 0.7% less over May and 3% weaker on-year. Long steel accounted for 2.33mt of output, while flat steel and seamless tube were 2.2mt and 130,200t, respectively.
