Latin American primary iron output recovers in August
Latin American primary iron production increased month-on-month in August. Output, however, was weaker on-year, Kallanish learns from regional steel producers' association Alacero.
According to association figures, regional primary iron production was 3.28 million tonnes in the month, 2.2% more over July but down 9.7% year-on-year.
