Liberty Galati raises flats offers amid energy costs
Liberty Galati has increased offers for S235 grade plate by €150-175/tonne ($149-174) to €1,150/t ($1,140) base ex-works amid soaring energy costs and production curbs across Europe, informed sources tell Kallanish.
