Technology sanctions delay Metalloinvest HBI plant schedule
Russia's Metalloinvest has postponed the launch of the Mikhailovsky hot-briquetted iron facility, says the governor of the Kursk region, Roman Starovoit.
"The delay is not connected with funding problems, there are no problems with this,” he tells Russian state media. “However, there are issues with the selection of technologies. Relationships have to be sought with other partners.”
