MOIL posts rise in first-half production, earnings
Manganese Ore India (MOIL)’s manganese ore production grew 10% on-year to 563,000 tonnes in the first half of the fiscal year ending 31 March 2023, Kallanish notes.
The company also posted a rise of 11% in operating profit before tax, totalling INR 128.46 crore ($15.83 million) during the period. MOIL’s profit before tax and profit after tax in H1 clocked INR 167.30 crore and 130.12 crores, respectively.
