NLMK investment increases iron ore productivity
NLMK's Stoilensky iron ore plant has invested RUB 8 billion ($105 million) into de-bottlenecking its supply chain, which will increase the volume of ore supplies to its crushing facility.
The project has shortened the raw material hauling distance to the beneficiation facilities by 5km, from 13km to 8km. In addition, it has opened up the promising north-western mining direction, the enterprise claims.
