NLMK will build HBI plant
NLMK Group is planning construction of a new iron ore mining and beneficiation complex producing hot briquetted iron (HBI) in Russia's western Belgorod region. A memorandum of intent (MOI) has been signed with the region's administration and the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the company says.
