NLMK power plant progressing on track, cost overruns

NLMK has not postponed the commissioning of a 300MW utilisation power plant (UTPP), designed to generate electricity from secondary fuel resources, the company tells Kallanish.  Earlier, Russian state media reported the project is postponed to 2024.
