Northern European rod prices remain flat
Northern European wire rod prices have remained at the same level this week, with sales limited and only small volumes being purchased. Some sources expect a small increase this month before the Christmas holiday.
“My observation is that they will be no drops anymore,” a buyer from the Netherlands tells Kallanish. “I even expect prices to go up due to new demand from steel mills.”
