Northwest Europe plate prices dip further
Northwest European integrated mills managed to sustain their prices for commodity plate at relatively high levels into July, compared with the slides seen in Italy. Now, however, prices in the north are moving briskly towards the €1,000/tonne ($1,022) mark.
