Russia decreases stainless scrap exports amid sanctions
Russia decreased exports of stainless steel scrap in April, according to the country's special steel association USSA.
Exports amounted to 22,700 tonnes, down by 40.4% on-year, Kallanish notes.
The decline is based on the destruction of supply chains after the new sanctions against Russia, USSA observes.
