Russia to exempt Mechel, KAMAZ from steel tax
Russia’s Ministry of Industry and Trade has expanded the list of enterprises that are proposed to be exempted from paying excise duty on liquid steel, adding Uralskaya Kuznitsa PJSC (part of Mechel Group) and Russian truck-maker KAMAZ, Kallanish notes.
