Russia’s ferrous imports follow export rise
Russian ferrous imports increased in January-April, according to the country’s federal customs data monitored by Kallanish.
Imports of ferrous products under HS code heading 72 were 1.8 million tonnes, up by 5.3% on-year. In April alone imports reached 502,800 tonnes, up by 2.1% compared with March.
