SCOTUS decision emboldens Biden's carbon legislation push
The US Supreme Court ruled in favor of West Virginia in a case against the US Environmental Protection Agency, as reported by Kallanish on 30 June. The ruling declares certain efforts on the part of the EPA to cap emissions unlawful - specifically, requiring extant coal plants to change their fuel mix to meet more stringent standards.
