Scrap prices boost quarterly earnings for TimkenSteel

Higher steel pricing during the second quarter of this year has boosted adjusted earnings for Canton, Ohio-based US speciality long steel producer TimkenSteel to a new record high. TimkenSteel earned $74.5 million on sales of $415.7m during the second quarter.
