Sollers buys out Mazda's stake in Russian plant
Russian automotive company Sollers Auto will buy Japanese carmaker Mazda's 50% stake in their joint venture car assembly plant in Vladivostok, the Russian company confirmed to Kallanish.
“Our plans are to restart the plant on a new model line next year,” says a Sollers’ spoke person. “All the necessary permits for the share buyout deal have already been received from the Federal Antimonopoly Service and the Government Commission.&rdquo…
