Steel futures continue to climb amid volatility
On Monday, amid good news on the epidemic and the real estate sector, Chinese rebar and hot rolled coil futures climbed higher, Kallanish notes.
On the Shanghai Futures Exchange, the most-traded October 2022 rebar contract closed CNY 100/t higher than Friday at CNY 4,136/tonne ($612/t), and the same contract for HRC closed up CNY 94/t at CNY 4,099/t.
