Taiwan’s CSC to upgrade cold rolling mill
Taiwan’s China Steel Corporation (CSC)’s board of directors approved on 5 August a plan to carry out equipment upgrade and capacity improvement at No.2 pickling and cold rolling mill in the third rolling plant, Kallanish notes.
CSC is set to invest TWD 5.489 billion ($183 million) into the project, for which construction has been scheduled for September 2022-December 2025.
