Tata eyes 40mt production capacity in 2030
Tata Steel aims to double its crude steel production capacity to 40 million tonnes/year through 2030. Among the key projects is the Kalinganagar expansion by 5m t/y, the steel company informs in a note seen by Kallanish.
Flat steel and long steel capacities will be raised to 27m t/y and 13m t/y, respectively, through 2030.
