Tata Steel acquires additional stake in TSAML
Tata Steel (TSL) has acquired an additional 15,534,738 shares at INR 10 ($0.12) each in Tata Steel Advanced Materials (TSAML), at an issue price of INR 12.81/share (including a premium of INR 2.81/share), Tata says.
The total acquisition of TSAML’s equity shares amounted to INR 19.9 crore ($2.4 million) and the transaction was completed on 16 March, Kallanish notes.
