Tata's European units register production growth amid restructuring
Tata Steel Netherlands increased liquid steel production by 0.4 million tonnes on-year in the fiscal year through March 2022 (FY22) to 6.6mt, despite "some operational issues", parent company Tata Steel says in its annual report.
Market demand was robust, although some weakness was noticeable in the automotive sector due to the global chip shortages, the firm says.
