Thailand to lift Malaysian, Chinese HRC anti-dumping duties
The Thai Commerce Ministry's Department of Foreign Trade has approved a recommendation that anti-dumping duties against hot rolled coil from China and Malaysia be withdrawn, Kallanish notes.
As there is no basis to believe that the cessation of the duties will lead to dumping and damages to the domestic industry, it has decided the duties will be abolished. Guarantees of payment for the duties will be returned from 12 July 2022, according to a department …
